With over 10 years of experience, Amari is dedicated to honoring the Pilates method while recognizing the unique needs of each student. Through thoughtful, personalized guidance, she supports every client in improving movement, building strength and progressing with confidence.

Deia’s journey through movement has been shaped by over 12 years of experience as a professional dancer, performing with different companies. Her connection to movement extends beyond the studio which makes her way of pilates teaching different and creative.
